Timing starts the moment I select the shine and ends the moment I touch the Shine Sprite. Pretty much a perfect Eel. It turned the run around and I managed to get sub 1:40 because of it.

This time, I did it right. I'm so glad that I failed this in my practise session because that made me come up with a preventive strategy - simply collect coins when the eel freaks out and you're not gonna die. Single Shine time for the eel: 2:09
